Shipping & Handling

  • When will my order be shipped?
  • All Orders placed after 3pm Pacific time on Fridays, weekends and holidays begin processing the next business day.
  • All Orders are processed the following 2-3 business days assuming credit validation and availability of inventory.
  • We will notify you as soon as possible if your order is delayed.
  • Your shipping options are as follows:
  • Shipped via UPS Ground: FREE ONLY FOR UNITED STATES(up to 5 Business Days, depends your location)
  • Shipped via USPS: ONLY FOR INTERNATIONAL BY PRIORITY MAIL ( UP TO 2-3 WEEKS)
  • Additionally, you are never charged a handling fee to process your order or pay for shipping materials. When you check out, you will be able to see exactly how much you are being charged for your shipment.
  • How do I track my order?
  • Once you have submitted your order, you will receive an order confirmation email to confirm that your order has been received.
  • This email will contain your order number, which along with the zip code of your shipping address, will be all you need to track your order.
  • You can also check the status of your order by calling us toll-free at 1-855-446-7848 for assistance. Please have your Order Number available.
  • Or you can track by using the assigned courier's as UPS or USPS internet address and tracking number in you shipping confirmation e-mail.
